The easiest way to pay your Council Tax is by monthly payments by direct debit or you can make an immediate payment online. You can pay online using a debit or credit card. You will need your eight-digit reference number. This is found in the top right corner of your bill.

If you find a dead cat or dog or other animal that is the size of a dog or larger on the highway or public open space, Forest of Dean District Council will remove it. Forest ​of Dean District Council have a microchip scanner which may help to identify the owner of any tagged pet.

Please be ready to provide details, including the precise location.

Forest of Dean District Council do not collect smaller animals such as squirrels, pheasants or rabbits.
