Lydney Town Council is proud to introduce our new Draft SLA Criteria Policy , designed to support community organisations, clubs, and groups that provide a clear benefit to our residents.

Unlike one-off grants, an SLA offers consistent financial support for a period of 1, 2, or 3 years . We are looking for partners who contribute to the well-being of Lydney through inclusive activities, such as supporting those in financial hardship, offering youth provision, or hosting health and well-being initiatives.

Is your group eligible?

• You must meet all Core Requirements, including financial transparency and safeguarding (where applicable).

• You must demonstrate how you meet at least 7 of our 14 “Flexible Criteria” .

• Successful applicants must provide a monitoring report every six months to release funding.
