Grant of \u00a3200 to a young person who has demonstrated outstanding ability and who would benefit from financial assistance to help them progress in their chosen sport or art.<\/p><p>To find out dir=\"auto\">We were delighted to present this year\u2019s Student Community Award to Scarlett, a Year 7 student from Dean Academy.<br class=\"html-br\"><br class=\"html-br\">Scarlett was nominated in recognition of her outstanding fundraising efforts for the MPS Society, inspired by supporting her friend who lives with the rare condition MPS VI.<br class=\"html-br\"><br class=\"html-br\">Last year, Scarlett completed an incredible 50km off-road cycle ride, and this year she is taking on an even bigger challenge \u2014 cycling 80km in just one day.<br class=\"html-br\"><br class=\"html-br\">Her kindness, determination and commitment to helping others make her a truly deserving recipient of this award.<br class=\"html-br\"><br class=\"html-br\">Congratulations Scarlett,
