This is provided that you have a constitution or set of rules and a bank account with at least two signatories.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Activities that are part of statutory obligations.<\/li><li>Loan repayments.<\/li><li>Retrospective applications where the activity or project has already been carried out (unless Council notified in advance).<\/li><li>Religious or political activities unless unrestricted community benefit can be
